Abstarct: • Abstract In mining operations, due to the high investment in machinery, this sector can cover the entire operation. In mines, it is necessary to maintain the continuity of operations, due to which maintaining the readiness of machinery for mining operations is considered important and vital. Unwanted stops in the transportation sector of the mine can cause a stop or even a complete shutdown of production. Therefore, in this thesis, we evaluate the reliability, accessibility, and maintenance of cargo machinery. So far, extensive studies have been presented in the fields of reliability and availability of engineering systems in the world. . But the investigations carried out about the cargo machines were mostly baxsed on experiences and engineering judgments. One of the powerful and practical methods for predicting system failure and proper operation in a specific time range is statistical and probabilistic reliability assessment, which can be used to estimate the failure and proper operation of the system in a specific time range; Therefore, the carrying machinery of mine No. 4, Golghar, Sirjan, has been studied. For this purpose, mining machinery and each device is considered as a subsystem. The reliability and failure rate of the cargo system have been calculated in parallel, and according to this method, the reliability of the cargo system reaches less than 0.1 after 150 hours. The reliability of the cargo system decreases by 20% after 30 hours and reaches 80%. In addition, using the analysis of failure data and the time between failures, the accessibility of mining machinery has been calculated, which is 91.83% for the entire transport system And in the last stage of this research, after determining the reliability of the cargo system, emphasizing that the performance of the device should be maintained at 80% reliability, a program for preventive maintenance for various machinery of the cargo system has been provided. According to this presented program, the reliability of mine transportation system has been improved to about 98%
